Can I start using Venu right away?

What will Venu cost me?
We are still working out our pricing, any bar or restaurant that starts using Venu currently will have at least two months free usage. We will then be consulting with you before we start charging for the service.
What format does my menu have to be in?
You need to put your menu into our Excel format for importing. See here
If you are unable to do that or are having issues get in touch (email support(at)venu.bar), tell us what format you currently have and we'll see if we can help.
Do you handle taking payment from our customers?
Not currently but we'll be looking to add that functionality in the future.
Do you offer a mobile app?
Not currently, our website will work across mobile devices. Meaning your customers don't need to install anything.
We may offer an app in the future though.
What do you class as an independent bar or restaurant?
We aren't that strict with our definition, if you have a use case for Venu get in touch and we'll see if we can help.
What are you trying to achieve with Venu?
Our mission is to provide the simplest table ordering solution for independent bars and restaurants and their customers
